One time code failed.... Why??

I got sent the code after about a hour of wait, input it and it said failed.....

so i have to wait an hour before i get 1 code?..

    Same Problem. If you delete your cookies it will send a new ONE TIME CODE....lol. That one didnt work for me either... Am pretty pissed I had a key and gave it away cuz I bought the 60 $ pack. now im stuck. Billing wont answer there phones eventho its Office Hours there. ACCOUNT GUARD SUCKS ***....

    I am having the exact same issue. Downloaded the game, put in my username and pass, clicked log in and then I get the screen for the one time code entry... but no email received to give me a one time code.


    EDIT: Ok, I just got my code emailed(about 30 mins after i first tried to log in) and sure enough, got the "One Time Code Failure" error lol, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    For me I logged in didnt get one then I logged out play another game for a few tried again then I got one.

    it will eventually send you a ONE TIME CODE. But from what I been seeing on posts is that alot of one time codes even when you get them dont work. You can also delete cookies and then relog into PW site and it sent me a SECOND one time code but that didnt work either. lol 60 bucks for nothing this weekend.
