    The Short Anwser is Mirt the Merciless

    Though he has been called many other things Old Wolf & Lord Walrus then later Mirt the Money Leader being among them.

    Created by the forgotten Realms Author Ed Greenwood as one of his stories before the offical setting was evan written. This plump and often raundy old Rogue may seem to be a loud, tipsy braggart. But to underestimate him would be unwise as he is one of the few Adventurers to emerge from the Undermountain in Waterdeep with Wealth as well as belonging to the quasi secret organisation the Harpers

    And if that was not enough to take this old Rogue Seriously he is Romoured to be one of the masked Lords of Waterdeep who run the city. He carries a Purple dragon ring that allows him to speak in the King of Cormyr's Name.
