Thanks for the reply. I figured it would run ok..but then again I thought the same about the radeon HD7770 I currently have. The game crashes every time I log in. I get a bsod that says something along the lines of..attempt to reset display driver after timeout failed. Tried everything I can find to fix it too. All the other games I play run great but this one.
I have an ASUS laptop with Nvidia GTX 460m and it ran this game very nicely on the first beta weekend. I didn't touch the settings at all, but I really enjoyed the graphics on default.
Guys, remember when you say "it ran great" that is really meaningless unless you also reference your resolution. "Running great" at 1920x1080 is a very different story then running great at 1280x1024.

This may indicate the game currently has issues when running under AMD cards. You may want to check if you have the current drivers, and you may want to run some searches around the forums to see if anyone else with AMD cards had issues.
Remember, if you cross manufacturers you WILL have to completely uninstall the drivers you have now before installing the new drivers. Do some searches for 'clean driver uninstall' programs. If you don't there may be bits left over that can cause rare conflicts later on down the line.
The game does not appear to have problems in general with ATI based cards, as I am running 2 4870's in cross-fire, and had no problems. Using a 32" SIGMAC tv running at 1920x1080 for my monitor. Have an Intel i7 920 @ 2.67GHz in a ASUS Rampage II Gene motherboard with Vista Home Premium 64 bit Op system and 6Gb of ram. Ran the game at max settings for Beta weekend 1 with no graphics issues. So no ATI related issues in general, and no Crossfire ones either, at least in my situation any way. But since you are running a newer GPU, and the game engine is not exactly brand new, there might be unresolved issues yet with newer GPU's. Where as older GPU's like mine may be more compatiable, for now at least. It would seem sensible that any GPU issues will get worked out fairly soon though.
