Sudden Storm Power+Tiefling Tail

Making this thread because the in game bug tickets aren't working for me so I figure someone is bound to come across this.
1) When you hover over the Sudden Storm power it says "<<font style=Tooltip_Mechanic>Spell Mastery" then continues with the power details. I've looked through all the other powers and they're all clear except for Sudden Storm which says the same no matter what.
2) I called up the mount that I had while playing a tiefling and all was fine until I moved forward. I stopped and the tail did this strange helicopter where it you try to do the animation but would fail miserably. Instead it would try, fail, do a 360 clock-wise or counter clock-wise, then settle back to its original postition. The pattern would repeat until dismounting the horse. I mounted and dismounted a couple times to make sure it wasn't a one time thing but it was the same.

Zander, our Cleric, by some stroke of luck bashed in a goblin's head in a very bloody manner.
Me: "You evil Cleric! You killed him!"
Zander: "The goblin was trying to kill you!"
Me: "You don't know that for sure! That goblin could have had a family, you evil person!"
And from then on he became known as Zanders the Evil Cleric.
