Neverwinter is iconic due to the preceeding computer games. I like the area as it is in a good place to venture to places like Luskan, Port Last, Waterdeep, etc.
I do wish we could eventually move inland and visit places like the Dalelands, Cormyr, Airspur, etc.

I have always enjoyed the culture behind Waterdeep. I can't tell you how many years my characters have spent cumulatively in Waterdeep just reading the works of Elminster and Volo. It doesn't hurt that I tend to play intelligent characters (Mages and Rogues).

Which Forgotten Realms city is your favorite to adventure from?
Probably Neverwinter, as I never played the Baulder's Gate games, haven't done pen and paper in a while, and haven't read the books.
I can has founder pack? It's been like 20 years since I could be a GM and I miss it very much. Plus, I could ramble the game on my podcast prior to launch so my listeners could hear more about it.
