Buying Multiple Packs.?

I guess this has been answered but please again..

1. I can buy both Hero's of North for 199 and Guardian of Neverwinter 59. ?

2. If the answer to #1 is Yes. will I receive all items in both packs on any single character on the account ?
im guessing that the Diamonds will be per account, but im also wanting to know if the other items are per account/character or just a single account?

Im saying this, im less concerned about the diamonds, but i would like both mounts and pets on those toons i create and wanted to know this before i purchased the Guardian pack, I have already got the Hero pack.

    Yes, you can buy both the Hero of the North Founder's Pack and the Guardian of Neverwinter Pack.

    Yes, most items will stack where it makes sense. The Astral Diamonds stack, for example. The headstart access does not stack. The extra character slots do stack.

    And from what I understand you can also buy the starter pack as well to double up on the extra inventory space.
    In fact the FAQ leads be to believe you can buy as many of these as you want.

    Under the heading of "What Items will I receive in beta

    "Neverwinter Starter Kit purchasers
    -Small Bag of Holding for a single character per Starter Pack purchased"

    In addition, I would like to know: If I buy a Neverwinter Starter Kit, on top of my Guardian pack, do I get two Adventurer's Helper Packs, instead of one? Or do you only get one per account?

    You get 2 Adventurer's Helper Packs, but you can only use one per character.

    What do I do since I bought GoN and won another GoN pack?
    Not sure if I can get a refund on the one I bought a month ago... any ideas?
    I did open a ticket but don't know when that will get answered as I just won it today.

    So no way to use two of the same pack unless they are standard?
    I'm going to try for a refund, or maybe just get my stepson to play with me, on his own account.
    Don't want to sell something I won, first thing I won in over 5 years.

    Hey mokomii, nice and that was why I can't sell it. I'd feel bad, I opened a ticket with support to see if I can get a refund on the one I bought. we shall see. I'll keep you in mind!

    Support confirmed you can only redeem one HotN or GoN per account. So looking for a refund now, and have to hope that Limpy delivers before start time tomorrow... :D

    You can get 1 each of the Hero and Guardian Packs. and then as many of the starter kits as you want. Things that are consumable like AD and the starter kit stuff do stack but the total amount is limited. So you will get 2.6 million diamonds but that is total and will need to be spread across your characters as you choose. Same with the starter kits. you can get two and then have two helper packs that you can either use on one character or pull one each onto two characters. Most of the rest of the items in the two big packs will be available on all your characters but there are some unique items that will not overlap. for example, you get Greycloak's Legacy with both the Hero and the Guardian but it is a unique item so you can only use one. but otherwise your items will overlap. you will get both the panther and the wolf, both the spider mount and the armored horse and so on.

    So the Greycloak Legacy is one per account, not per character? bummer
    Same with the starter kits, I thought that was one per character.

    Everything in the Guardian and HotN Pack is per Character apart from the Adventurers helper pack which is 1 per account per pack.
    You can also claim the items as many times as you wish on your Characters you just must not have a copy on your character to get a new one.

    Everything in starter pack is one per account.
