Damn, I found the answer 20 seconds after posting this. Under permision group in user cp, you can change it. Sorry for the bother...

As the title say, I purchased "Hero of the North" package, but it doesnt show on the forum. Is there something I must do to show it? or is my account somehow not updated/or is bugged?
