Well I haven't really come up with a guild name yet. No website either. (although if we get that far, it'll be a fairly cool one.)
edit; there is now a placeholder page. I did it in notepad. Sorry.
What I do have is a magic list I've been parading around at the prelaunch of more or less every major MMO in the last 10 years.
Sometimes, it's enough to attract a group of people and the guild is a go. Fun times usually follow. Not always, but usually.
Other times, no one cares and then nothing happens.
Let's get on with it, shall we?
1 - Walls of text and convoluted internal guild mechanics are bad.
2 - Elitist pricks and drama can be entertaining, but are mostly also bad.
3 - We're here to chill out with a video game, not work a second job.
4 - If you're under 18, please pretend to be older.
5 - If you're looking for a family friendly (whatever that means) guild of care bears, this probably won't be the one. Or it might turn out that way, what do I know.
6 - Having said that, a guildy is a guildy and respect and friendship in the guild is important and stuff. I'm looking for an environment I can relax and enjoy myself in, and not be trolled constantly. (or be reminded of when we wiped because I didn't heal properly that one time 6 months ago)
This started back in the day with the beta of The Matrix Online, and it was a superhappy time. We also really took off in BC era WoW, and it was fantastic too.
But other than that, the guild never made it past the three month mark in any other MMO, despite having been formed numerous times. However, even in those cases, we all had a blast.
So then.
Take that as you will, and come whatever may.
Register your interest via PM or reply here. We'll kick things up a notch or two if enough people are into this.

5)f... yeah
6)Oh all your heals were on cd? Nevermind.
I'm in.
But based on past experience, would ask you only one thing.. where are you located and/or what time zone and hours are you usually active?
Other then not wanting to be the only one online in a guild with hours that aren't actively the same as mine, everything else is very inviting!
Regarding timezone, usually it boils down to a bunch of players from US west coast and NZ/AUS. This spread gives the guild a pretty good level of activity at most times (provided we have the numbers to support it) However we've never been good for the Europeans.
Behold, a pretty terrible placeholder page I just threw together to make things a bit more official: http://poopfeel.freewebhost.co.nz/
