I haven't played but from all of the streams I've been watching I dont see what you meen. The only two of the three classes you could compare as beeing the same are the rogue and warrior but from what I saw there attacks are widely different in damge and effect. The powers also seem to fit the class well and not over lap, but as I said I haven't actualy played so you could have seen things I have not and I could be wrong.

I played the following
Rogue lvl 30 - Top single target dps and good survivabilty.
Cleric lvl 30 - Top Aoe damage and best survivabilty.
Warrior lvl 14 - Lowest damage but rugged
I can assure you they all play vastly different. I will most likely be playing the rogue on release.

Have you actually played the beta, or are you looking at specific powers in isolation?'
Among those that have played the beta, the consensus seems to be that each class plays very differently from the others. Individual powers being similar to other individual powers doesn't actually matter all that much when they're in vastly different contexts.
I thought they played different. Besides one can argue every games classes are nearly identical to another but its up to the user to see the subtle differences.
