Orc enemy banners

When fighting the Many-arrow Orcs that have banners on their backs those banners will frequently "flip" forward so that their heads are clipping through the banner.
It happened every time, even against the three "Generals" at the end quest line. (I do forget their names...Elfeater, Deepscar?)
