Problems with Friend Beta key and submitting a support ticket

Not really sure if anyone else has had this issue but I never got the freind beta key and other peopel I know who purchased the HoN pack received theirs straight away, I have been trying to submit a support ticket on this for days and I keep getting a error code telling me thier is too many redirects.

Hopefully a Cryptic/PW person see's this and can offer some help.
