Cragmire Crypts dungeon bugged

Tried completing this dungeon a couple times but had the same issue occur. After killing the final boss no loot drops and can not access the chest at end. Also can't leave the instance b/c the exit says locked and have to leave party to exit.

    Indeed happened to me too, as if the game didn't recognize the death. I submitted a more detailed report.

    Also forget to mention for this dungeon, the 1st boss with a cutscene. The cutscene played around 4 or 5 times before it stopped.

    Reviving this thread since i cant make new ones, this dungeon is bugged: when trying to light the lsat fire to remove the magic wall, there are mobs aggro'd behind said wall preventing interaction with the fire, so cant light fire >> cant remove wall >> cant kill mobs to remove agro...

    Dungeon is still bugged as of today

    My group also did not have access to chest at end of cragmire crypt. We did have a blue item drop from the boss fight, but no loot chest.

    Same thing here. Got a blue drop at the end, but unable to open loot chest, and get xp reward or anything. lame. I did it last night though and it everyone got loot on that round.

    Killed final boss. Blue item dropped. Chest would not activate. Sadness.

    I still remember when it repeated the cut-scenes again and again. Most scary dungeon ever.

    yet another +1 here. ran this dungeon twice during active DD events and I was the only member of the party that couldn't access the special chest (the red dragon chest at the end) both times. happend to me in cloak tower as well but I dont remember if it was during an event or not. very frustrating...

    Same thing for me at 2nd boss(or last not sure) when i reload i am at the entrance but game crashes after 1 second and i am stuck there, Logged in my other toon and it ran fine so it a dungeon related bug, but, how do I get my toon back?

    Put in a ticket and about 2 hrs later i logged in and was back outside the dungeon, guessing a GM move me.

    I cannot open the end chest near the exit of cragmire crypts, even with a daily dungeon chest key and standard dungeon chest key.

    I realize this thread is 2 years old, I am too new to create a new thread.

    I have completed "cragmire crypts" twice now, once during the dungeons event, once normally. The end boss dropped a bit of currency and items, and the first completion I was able to get my rough astral diamonds for the daily dungeon quest.

    I'm wondering if there is a level requirement for the chest or something? Others in my party can open the chest, but I cannot even interact with it at all, i tried mashing the "f" key all around it.
