Adjusting Graphic for video bug.

Noticed a bug in trying to play with the advanced settings on the video,
*part of testing is testing all aspects.,
its not allowing me to adjust settings, low/med/high on several options, not sure if these are disabled, but they show high and i was seeing how the game did at diff settings., but am unable to make adjustments, it just will not take them.
i crashed 2 times making the adjustments. fyi. i will try and take some screen shots nxt time.
