Stuck in quest instance - Quest gone

I zoned in to the sewers for the kobolds quest. I try running forward but keep getting leashed back to the entrance. My attacks have no effect on the mobs, nor do they respond to my presence. I can't exit the dungeon by clicking the door, nor by relogging. I tried to put in a stuck ticket, but it just tells me the request is timing out. I can't even kill myself to get out! It's like Groundhog Day!
Character name is "Zuviel Exos". Cleric on Mindflayer
Edit: Forgot to mention: The quest isn't in my journal anymore either
Update: I've been freed! Maybe a GM heard my cries after all
Update2: Gah! What a horrible tease. I'm now leashing to the sewer entrance from the other side! I think this character is FUBAR now
Update3: Apparently it's my entire account. All of my characters are now stuck. Yay 60 bucks!
FINAL UPDATE: After reading some other threads, this appears to be a common issue. Refer to those other threads
