Issues with Guardian & Nesher Rebel

First: I've got a little graphic problem, when i use some encounters or daily power in a big crowd and then i turn into guard mode, the pg stucks and seems to fly instead of walking...
asap i'll post a video or a pic regarding this bug

Second: the Nasher rebels, the archery ones, doesn't have the bow equipped, ora at least showed in game. they're throwing arrows with their skilled hands
