Annount Error

I gave a Beta Key to my Girlfriend so she can play and now that her account is verified and everything when she tries to login to the game she is getting an account error and a link back to the playneverwinter site and no information. which is getting really frustrating all it says is Here:
"Account Error, Please Click Here for Information"

    Please log in with the same ID and password used to log onto the forums. NOT the screen name.

    If this fails, please ask to have the account name and password sent to her and enter it exactly as received. If this fails, a tickt to support will be needed.

    I sent a friend a buddy key and his key shows as added on his account, but the download button was greyed out.

    I sent him the direct link and he can login to the patcher, but when it goes to patch it gives this Account Error message with a link that doesn't seem to work to find out what's wrong.

    I don't want him to lose this entire weekend waiting on customer service. Is there some way to fix his account?

    Alright She used the same login as the forums and password correctly but still gets the same error, She also sent in a Support ticket but after purchasing the Hero pack I don't want to have to wait till weekend 2 when she should be able to get on this one.
