I haven't had a problem with this, but it has at least affected one person: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?39701-200-pack-is-268-59-in-EU-WTF!-!

If anyone has had a problem with exchange rates - being charged an inverse amount - put it here.
