How to Make a Free Guild Site

Ok guys I'm going to list info on making a free Website for your guild without the hosting issues some free guild site making tools can have.

First you will need a Blogger/Google account. With this make a Blog that has the name of your Guild. Set up your home page
Second: Create a new static page on your blog/site and leave it open, exclusively for a forum.
Third: Create a forum on Nabble, make sure to name it and everything.(keep this page open you will need the HTML code ).
Fourth: Copy the HTML code from nabble and paste it into the Page that will be the forum, save and publish.

Now You can set up a new static page for pictures of raids or whatever. You can set up many of these for things like guild contact info or a list of members whatever you want.

Tip1: Make sure to go to "show pages as" and choose top tabs.
Tip2: If you use widgets make sure they are above or below where text would be. This keeps them from being beside the forums/other pages.

    What about building a clanteam.com site? I'm not associated with Zymic but it's about the best free website deal I've ever seen and I've know a couple of amazing sites to run from there.

    Never tried them but I have had a lot of trouble in the past with guild website making Sites

    Well you have to expect free to be harder than paid... They have to make money out of it somehow, right?

    Personally I host websites for about $32/year, plus domain name (around $7/year). That way I get unlimited... Everything :D lol

    I know I just cant pay for it right now.No offense but I just dont have the money.
    Personally though I find a blogger one ok. It is easy to set-up, get help(in-fact anyone who need help can ask me I will be happy to help and will probably make a video soon but I cant just yet),edit, and understand.

    Yep I hear ya. You might want to check out the clanteam sites tho. They work nicely.

    Also give guildportal.com a look. We used them for years prior to migrating to our own site.

    Awesome I already have mine but if anyone knows good ways for free guild sites post so that anyone new to making a guild site will know.
