Problem with Account

Sorry, that I post this here. But there seems to be no specific support forum.

So, ich can only login in the english area, if I switch Language to german, Im logged out and cant login with my account informations.

Is there a support forum or chat here? I also got no confirmation-mail since monday.

You do have to log back in to the website if you switch from the English site to the German site. This is normal.

When you try to log in to the German Language site with your Perfect World account credentials, what error do you receive?

Where on the German site are you logging in- from the Neverwinter main page, the forums, or from the login button in the upper right corner of the page?
