Hi! Name's Kevin from USA, but I think many gamers on this site are from here as well? Experience tells me that, or maybe this game doesn't cater specifically to USA players, which would be awesome. Well I recently, like a year ago, just got into MMORPGs starting with DCUO but I've been playing the Neverwinter games for ages now. When I heard that two awesome things combined I joined. Please don't let this fall thru the cracks Devs? Game on guys and gals!

    Welcome to th Neverwinter Community Kevin! Yes, it's being developed by Cryptic in the US, but owned by an international company (whose American company PWE will distribute it.) The game will be available internationally as any game you can download a client and connect to the internet to, but may have different ways you connect or restrict access based on certain country's rulings and administrative decisions for certain countries. I don't have that info, and only Perfect World could give you specifics if you ever did have questions on that.
