Another STOer signing on. 
I gotta say, after all the Sci Fi time I've put in with STO, a fantasy setting is getting more and more appealing to me again. Really liking what I've seen so far from Neverwinter, and I'll definitely be keeping a watchful eye on it's continued development.
I look forward to the many discussions & brainstorming sessions to come as we wait for launch!
