Great I got temporarily suspended even thought I didn't abused Winter Festival Bug (Auril's Favours) - just got them from ZEN store (a lot of them). Does someone got same issue?

    Well I bought ~200 maybe ~220 overall hard to count with this numbers :) - also thing is misunderstanding i got ban for something else yet I think it shouldn't be given ... but no hard feelings. Screen of conversation (tbh I am glad that there was fast response):

    Just to add I mean not free ones I bought them using ZEN.

    How many is your a lot? No, I don't have an answer for you. I am just curious how many would trigger the ban.

    From the pic you posted looks like it was a simple AFK violation, nothing to do with the Auril's favor exploit. The customer support rep must not know about the being locked out from the fight result when you release during trial/dungeon boss fights. Seems there are many things they have no clue about in the game. Did you get another message from support about the event exploit?

    Also, not that it matters currently but posting correspondence with support on the forums is against forum rules. But seeing as we don't have a Moderator, I guess it'll stay up. :)

    OP already knew he misunderstood the ban. That was why he posted the corresponding to explain his mistake and knew it was nothing to do with Auril's favor.

    Well, quick question, did anyone actually got banned for collecting Auril's Favours on every character?
