Bug on Neo Eclipse Lion`

Hello fellow adventurers o/
After contact with support i write also here to discribe my problem with mount.
After recieve mount "Neo Eclipse Lion" i use it on one of my characters.
It should be account wide but after claiming it i have it only on one character.
Mount doesn't appear in claim tab where it should be.
On screenshots you can see that i have it in stable but not in claim tab.
