    I have a feeling that 'The Pirate King' Quest it wants is not the same "Pirate King" you did. The one you did probably was the one left from the past. It recommended party size of 3. I noticed the old quest giver (of this quest) still gave out this quest in the beginning of the mod. Now, he does not give that quest out anymore. So, some of my toons have this quest from either left over from the past or picked up in the first few days. Some other toons do not have the quest.

    Of course, this is just my speculation.
