Barbarian sentinel final feat issue (miswording?)

I've recently used a retraining token to change into the final feat blood fury, which makes the primal fury rage cost zero, but instead of doing that it completely drains my rage

To make things more clear and for extra info if it is a bug, I made sure to change characters and even restart the game, just in case it just didn't apply, from the time I did use the feat I didn't notice any healing from it, if it's not a bug the wording of it makes it sound better than it is, instead of actually making the cost zero, the only thing it's doing is making it cost whatever the remaining rage is, which doesn't make it zero cost.
