Hank the Ranger in the game?

I noticed today that the 11/22/2024 patch notes has a listing.

Fixed the VFX for Hank the companion's power Energy Arrow, Multishot and Rain of Arrows.

I didn't know he was already in the game. Where can you get him?

My guess: Check the auction house and the trade channel, as I do not know, where you can earn it as campaign part or event reward.
