Unable to reclaim Presto on alts.

I recently bought the Premium path for the Skyward Memories season pass and bought out the Scalefather's Hollow tack. I claimed all the rewards, however the Presto companion didn't unlock for the account like it should. Submitted a ticket, but too early to have gotten a response.

    Presto is still not showing up at the reward claims agent, even after the 11/22/2024 patch.

    Thank you, the 11/26/2024 update fixed the Presto issue. However, I'm still having the unclaimed campaign reward icon showing when there is nothing to be claimed.
