Couldn’t obtain new rewards from the previous battle pass due to it ending early (Mt hotenow one)

Wanted to ask other people here if they also knew of this issue, it’s been discussed with a couple people in the discord but I haven’t seen it here. It could’ve been earlier but I noticed we were locked out of progressing the battle pass on the 14th of November which was 5 days earlier than when it ended. We payed for this, it’s misleading/deceptive and it’s a breach of consumer law here in Australia.
