PS CHARACTER HISTORY BIO NOT SAVING

When i enter the character history on my character sheet tap for my ps it will not save. I could enter one sentence at a time to save it but it wouldnt completely save everything either. I first noticed this after the update that reset the powers to default. I have also noticed that if you view a persons character your own saved bio shows up as that characters history and freezes for a few seconds.
