Would it be possible to reduce the difficulty level of master dungeons? The current level causes people to struggle on master dungeons which causes discouragement, fatigue in the game which causes players to leave. As everyone has noticed, there are fewer and fewer players on the server and not everyone was able to complete most master dungeons because the people who do them work in tightly sealed groups where they do not allow other players, most players who were in these sealed groups stop playing this game. As I have noticed in recent days, there has been a very large decrease in tanks who could go to master dungeons, additionally, there is also a problem with the tank on random dungeons, more and more people are looking for tanks on master dungeons and I have a tank myself and I know that I am currently unable to complete the boss on master demonweb pits which is very irritating because I keep building this tank on regular random dungeons, the bosses do not do much damage to me, unlike master dungeons, which in my opinion is a big exaggeration on the part of the game creators because let's think about what this game is? Work? Or fun? because from what I associate games with, it's fun and relaxation, not hard work for a few hours, and at the very end it may turn out that you didn't finish such a dungeon because it got bugged or you got rewards like for random dungeons, which for you is ridiculous. I recently spent 5 hours on the master dungeon of demonweb pits before I finished it, during this time I changed about or over 20 players, after which I managed to beat the second boss after 4 hours of playing. Is this normal in the game? The problem is that in the levels are too high and should be lowered because there are fewer and fewer players in the game, and if it continues that only selected players will go to master dungeons, most players will end up with this game because I don't feel like sitting on a dungeon for 5 hours and not getting anything sensible, not even clothes and a ring that I got the second time the same, it shouldn't be like that we keep getting the same rewards or we don't get anything at all. If my game is supposed to consist of doing missions, the reaper's challenge and random dungeons then I will probably stop playing soon because there is no point in doing the same thing over and over again. Players who could help play in secret groups where they do not let anyone in except their friends, they focus on recording videos on YT and are not interested in helping others. If this is how this game continues then soon only players who record videos on YT will remain. I hope that players who want to do something more in this game than doing missions and random dungeons will have the same opinion as me, i.e. reduce the difficulty level in the game in general

First, people get stuck mainly on the second boss, this happens because they lack knowledge most of the time, the lack of damage is a very rare problem. Regarding the second boss, there is a great need to clean up summons quickly, timing the time these targets appear helps to have powers without cooldown and save something important that I always mention in non-specialized groups, the daily power. Many players save this resource to deal maximum damage to the boss during the artifact's summon, this means that there is a lack of damage to kill a summoned target quickly.
Second, and what is really annoying is the almost need to have a Wizard in the group, in all the dungeons that were released from VoS onwards it was necessary to have a player of this class in the group. I believe that this was partly solved with the introduction of some equipment, mount bonuses and companions, but for some reason players ignore this. I'll give you some examples. 3 DPS with the mount bonus that comes with the legendary board sold in the Astral store can easily defeat the last boss simply because this mount causes a knock on the target. Other classes like GWF and GF can also place the Bulbo spider near the axe or throw the spiders out. I once did MDWP on my tank with 3 TR and I thought it was really funny. I asked how we were going to defeat the second boss and they said they would use 3 Minotaurs and 3 Space Guppy mount bonuses, and it was really easy and clean and no one died.
Finally, the tanks part. Yes, there are few of them in the game, but that's the fault of the players who only create DPS. I have 3 DPS classes, 2 Tanks and 2 Healers, but there are people on my friends list who play 3 or 4 characters and they are all DPS. MDWP has already been nerfed if you don't know and it's not the developers' fault for making something challenging, it's the players' fault for boosting their characters with bad equipment and not trying to maximize their toons. It's very easy to find guides about any content on YouTube, in the same way there are class guides with good builds from good players, but many think they're Kirito and think they're discovering the wheel while failing miserably.
The problem is that people who enter with high dps turn out to be unable to kill mobs because the second boss often bugs, and these mobs appear every 10 seconds, even with awesome dps that is set for mobs, you can't do it. If you claim that people dress in bad clothes, why is it possible to buy them in the campaign store? In my opinion, extending the time between mob creation would be enough so that players who are weaker also have the opportunity to make clothes from masters, otherwise it will game die because doing the same thing over and over again is boring. The problem is that when players are looking for a dps for master, they do a review and when they already have two strong dps and are faced with a choice between a strong dps and a weak one, they choose a strong one just to make it quickly, not considering that they could help the weaker one improve their character. I personally have a tank but I constantly modify it based on yt and it's getting worse because no one will make a video to show how to make a good tank or dps because usually endgamers who have fully loaded accounts do it. I've seen a lot of people dressed like on yt and made very poor dps.
For example, one day I played with you and told you to save your daily power for the mobs and you ignored my request. And if I remember correctly, you weren't using Punishing Charge. I noticed that you were the top DPS, it certainly wasn't your fault, but you had a part in the failure of that second boss.
Regarding YT guides, players need to watch at least 3 and filter the good ones. But it's not enough to just filter, you need to try to understand the reason for the choices. As for equipment, it's the same line of reasoning, why is there an item in the campaign store? It certainly won't be for a veteran player, it will be for a beginner, but that doesn't mean it will be an encore, 99% of the time it will be something casual to give new players a boost in numbers.
