Rampaging Ruins Achievement

I have unlocked the in-game Achievement "Rampaging Ruins" by completing the Omu Campaign. It shows in a gold color as unlocked, however, the Xbox achievement has not unlocked along with it. Does anyone know of something I can try? I submitted a support ticket and was advised to create this as well. Thanks!
