Juvenile Jade Dragonnel bug

I noticed that my dragonnel was displaying no equip powers in the companion management tab, it is blank. So I checked the dragonnels on the auction house and the equip power is for the utility slot - greenscale hunter's discipline. This power is usually associated with the greenscale bowman. I can equip this power but I don't have a greenscale bowman. Also my dragonnel is mythic (Ilevel 750 for the power) but this power is only ilevel 375.

    An easy way to show the bug is to post a screen shot.

    I take that the power has item level: 375 and the bottom line shows 'Power at maximum'.

    e.g. for this power:



    the item level is 750 and the bottom line shows 'Power at maximum'.

    for this power:



    Item level is 375 and the bottom line is 'Companion to Upgrade: Mash'.

    To show the bug, I expect yours would be: item level 375 and with 'Power at maximum'.

    By the way, it is easy to post a screen shot in this forum. For windows 10, Winkey - shift - s. Use your mouse to frame what you want to cut from your monitor. Come to the forum and edit your post, type 'CTRL-V'. The image will be hosted automatically. You don't need to find a place to host the image yourself.

    Hi Plasticbat,

    Thanks for your interest and your tips on posting pictures - I'm not great at techie stuff but I'll give it a go.

    First clip is what is shown for my character's equip powers for the jade dragonnel
    :




    This is what you see when you inspect the dragonnel on the auction house





    This is the equip power available to my char although she doesn't have the greenscale bowman




    I don't really expect any answers from this post. ARC support asked me to report it here so that if it's a bug it might get fixed somewhere down the line, and to inform other players there mught be an issue.

    There's more! I checked all my companions on this character and found some others with blank equip powers. Flapjack has stamina generation but the tab is blank, although the power is equipable for this char and at the right ilevel.




    These also have no powers showing but I haven't checked what they are, whether they're there and their levels.:

    I suspect this is a display problem. Exit the windows (or even logout and login) and try again.

    The problem was also reported in February but your screen shot is more precise to show the exact bug.

    Ah yes, I remember there were bugs when the dragonnel was released, which is probably why I never bothered with it until now.

    I've logged in and out a few times and it's the same.

    Thanks again for your input Plasticbat. It's a relief to know I might not be crazy.
