Fashion conflict, Body paint and Starlight robes

If the fashion head piece is Body Paint (what I have tried is "Body Paint "Twin Lions"" and "Body Paint "Neverwinter's Roar"") and the upper body is "Starlight Robes", Starlight Robes will not show. Since my character is a female, she will just wear a bra.
I suspect the reason is Starlight Robes covers everything (including the full arm) and can't show any 'Body Paint', the game does not allow the Robes to cover everything. All my other upper body fashion can show the body paint (mainly those on the arms).
