Hi all,
Firstly I wasted over 5 weeks talking back and forth with a Moderator, end result I got told "I had to" come onto the Forums which I am real adverse to. Now over 2 weeks, make that 3 weeks now before I got my head around having anything to do with a Forum.
The process worked smoothly for my Companion enchantment, Bonus enchantment and my first Celestial Garnet which I use in my Utility slot.
Then it all went wrong, the second (2nd) Garnet enchantment got to the Celestial rank but now I cannot reclaim the Mythic Garnet (R) to swap etc to complete the process. So I have lost the following, all faith in Cryptic in fixing bugs, confidence in the upgrade / refining process, a lot of materials and the IL I should have gained by leveling up as many as I had materials to complete.
It is just stuck with it showing I can get another Mythic as it has a "white" one against it at the Reclaim Agent and a Celestial Garnet in my main characters bag for safe keeping. It was going back into the top Offence slot once in was upgraded and this remains empty.
So I need a Mythic Garnet (R) made available to my main character to continue or is this already known common problem and others have lost a lot of time / progression / material also? So Cryptic it is up to you to make good, I await your reply / fix of my issue with your process. Please note I am entitled to this and more enchantments etc and I have never tried to claim anything I am not entitled to and have grafted / quested my hours to obtain.
Bye for now,
TaffyCross.

Am I posting this in the wrong place? My enchantment upgrading / refining is broken and without help from a member of Cryptic fixing the issue the process is broken / stopped.

Just curious, did your 'main character' go to the claim agent to claim the mythic (R) after you did the upgrade and exchange?
This is rundown of the whole Celestial process. You probably did that already but just in case you missed something.
To get Celestial (no R), character K needs to use a mythic (R) and upgrade it to Celestial (no R).
To get Celestial (R) (re-claimable for other characters), Character K needs to use a Celestial (no R) to 'buy' "Celestial (R) capability".
At this moment, K does not have the Celestial or mythic anymore. K needs to re-claim mythic (R) from the claim agent. K needs to use that mythic (R) to 'buy' the Celestial (R) from the claim agent.
For other characters, they need to have a mythic (R) in possession. If they did not claim the mythic (R) before, they need to claim that and use that to buy Celestial (R) from the claim agent.
Yes all done with my main character and I managed to upgrade / refine 4 before the process broke / stopped on the 5th one. So the process for me at least is broken and I cannot progress it without intervention from someone at Cryptic. I followed the instructions but it seems they just cannot accept that the game occasionally errors through no fault of the player. Also who makes a process that is flawed to the point that you need to issue detail instructions?
Sorry if my replies are a bit terse for I am not angry at anyone, just severely jaded with the whole process and after over two (2) months I am still not able to move on.

2. I am not sure you read what I wrote:
Look people the endless and futile interactions with Cryptic or their representative Zildross is killing the fun I once enjoyed with Neverwinter Online. They cannot accept that their product is broken and therefore will not or cannot assist me with the issue of the enchantment refining / upgrade process. I feel I need to keep to myself and / or not play NWO for a while, because Cryptic has destroyed the game for me.
Take care and I hope I calm down in a little while but I will be looking for other games / distractions in the meanwhile.
I do not believe that they even wish to solve the problem / issue with their product, “fit for purpose” it is not. Two (2) months now and other than raising my blood pressure nothing has progressed or been solved.
