Wonders of Gond Refine Bugged STILL!!!

The refining for the items for the Wonders of Gond are still bugged. It will show that it needs 1 item of x (i.e. grommet) but will not recognize the 1 item in the inventory. This has been bugged since the beginning of this event and it would be really nice if you got it fixed please and thank you. I have attached two pictures of two different items.

    It needs one, in addition to the one you are refining. So you need to have at least two before you can refine one of them.

    You need 1 (A) to be upgraded. (A) is the one in the top left corner of the window. You need another one (B) as the regent to be consumed so that you can upgrade (A). (B) is shown as regent in your 0/1. It also has '(additional)' text under it to clarify you need another one. (A) is the one that has the failure counter since you may need (C), (D), ... in order to upgrade (A).




    The following is the example of (A). After it failed the first time, it has 'Guaranteed upgrade: 1/2'. Using (C) as regent, the next upgrade try will be successful.
