Known appearance neck and waist bug

Apparently there is a bug where your neck and waist appearance items won’t show on your character and arc has known about it for over a year!?!?! According to the discussion board a lot of people have submitted tickets for it, including myself, and NOTHING is being done about it. I wish I had known before spending almost $1M AD and hours trying everything to look good; it is end game after all… PLEASE FIX THIS seemingly easily bug and make your customers happy 🙏🏼
