The 30 days free vip from the jubilee event

Has anyone had a problem collecting their free vip. One of my younger toons claimed it but she didn't get an account for herself nor was it added to our mutual account. Did anyone else have a problem with that?

    What do you mean by the character did not get an account for herself? Each character belongs to an account.

    Only one character of the account can claim it. If this character claims it, it has a package in the inventory. If this character opens the package, the 30 days VIP will be added to her account (shared with other characters). If you don't open the package, nothing is added.

    You do check your VIP days before and after opening that package by moving the mouse to the VIP icon of any character in the account.

    I thought it was a coupon for 100% off the 30 day VIP purchase.

    Hmmm! I don't remember this time has a coupon. But, I could be wrong and forgot an extra step.

    I know the vip gets added into one account. There was a coupon for a 30 day free vip purchase, that is what I was asking about. I thought they might have put it on the toon that claimed it, but she didn't have a 30 day account for just her-which I know they don't do, but who knows here sometimes. Anyway I had just purchased with the discount they also had and had enough to September and had the same amount after I picked up the 30 days for free-which I didn't get-I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem picking it up. TY
