jubilee quest bug?

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
On xbox, The one to collect 3 parade horses and take back to stables. Goes to "Fled" instantly so you cant complete quest, and in turn not complete the daily. Son is stuck at this point trying to get dragon mount.. seen a few other mentions of it in enclave chat.

    nvm,..only some instances, changing instance and finding one that works is a workaround.
