Chult Alchemy Recipe Bug

Years ago now, I reported a bug when my main character had progressed in Masterworks but was stuck because the Chult Alchemy recipes that I purchased didn't show up in my inventory, but also were no longer available for purchase in Chult (they are greyed out so that they can no longer be purchased).

After waiting for a few years, I decided to progress another character to Level 20 in everything and then go purchase the Masterwork Levels 1&2 for Zen, then purchase
1. Get all professions to level 20
2. Go to Port Nyanzaru, and purchase Chult Recipes
3. Purchase all Masterwork Levels 1&2 for Zen

Expected result: Chult recipes would show up in professions list
Actual result: All recipes except Alchemy show up in my professions list

I then thought maybe I needed to purchase the chult recipes first to make it work, so I found character that had just Alchemy leveled up to rank 20, and tried this:
1. Purchase level 1&2 Masterwork levels for Alchemy only
2. Go to Port Nyanzaru and purchase Chult Recipes

Expected result: Chult alchemy recipes would show up in professions list
Actual result: No chult alchemy recipes showed up in the professions list

Of note, the Masterwork levels 1&2 did show up, just not the Chult Recipes
