Some preview issues...

Hi,
some days ago I tried to use the preview server to try some builds for my character and so on but I got stuck on some things... Game support sent me there so here I am.
1. Loadout slots - I bought some loadouts via AD shop and found out that I can't use them. They're stuck as an unusable item in my inventory that I can't use, discard, sell simply nothing...
2. Missing items - Is there any way to get some equipment for example from the mtic dungeon? Or even mounts, companions and things like that. I know there are some items in the Wondrous Bazaar but those are not included there and it would really help me as I don't have them in the live server so I can't put them in by copying my character there.
3. Guild - Last of all is question about guild. As I said, I'd like to try some things for my build but I don't have any guild bonuses there. Is it possible to get them somehow as I'm not really able to get 5 people on the preview server just to create one and build whole stronghold.
Last two things are not really bug but I don't really want to spam whole forum for several questions.
