Basic Bok not available on some characters

I was able to claim the Basic Bok companion on 7 out of 26 characters. I tried scanning through the Promo tab for the characters that were not able to claim it but I couldn't seem to find it. Even the Bitty Bok chicken vanity comp is missing.
I tried the support group regarding this and after going back and forth with them, they told me to post it here in the forums. I don't know why I would have to go through here as I have the impression that the support team should have direct contact with the devs themselves. So here I am reporting this bug.
