Neverwinter XB1 - Undermountain Crash

I've been grinding Undermountain on XB1 & one time I left for too long, it logged me, & when I logged back in it counted that as me failing the expedition, then took all my tries. Now this is understandable it was my fault, but just now the loading screen froze right after I killed a boss in a UM master exp, now I'll have to close the game, log back in, & I know I'm gonna find my char back @ Yawning with it saying I failed the ME.. Please, is there ANY fix for this??
