item was not received after claiming

aloha...
DeepwebPit items (necklace & belt)
reward progress that is bound to character was not received after being picked...

it can be claimed on the 6th milestone or 600 milestone .. from deepwebpit quest line...
they are from collection history
Northdark > page 10 > 3rd items .. necklace & belt...

    The item list within the package is wrong (has been wrong since day 1). What you get is 'Engineer' as the name of the package stated.



    Based on your screen shot, you have the engineer set.
