Give some love to Warlock dps please!

Raising this wquestion again and again. Warlock is so outdated. A lot of classes got updates and works just fine (HR/good barbs/bards) or even insane (TR). Some, like CW, not only deal a lot of dps but also has so much utility stuff for CC, which makes them really MVP in ANY recent content. Ofc it is possible to deal with mdwp/mdom/mtic without CW, we did a lot, but MUCH easier and smoother with CW.
So typically everyone wants TR/CW or HR.
Warlocks have no utility at all. Even bard has more useful abilities. And also warlocks 100% deals less dps than those classes: small magnitude, BIG animations (really awful animations), lack of useful encounters (3-4 powers and that's all). To have at least ability to compete - u should utilize animation cancelling otherwise - even more lack of dps.
And after this all said - there ie literally NO updates for ages to warlock dps. So frustrating to have only 2-3 meta classes in game and totally ruined others
