Cant level up my rogue drow

Lillibeth has been stuck on 11 or 12 now for ages. To finish Eben Downs-which is a leveling adventure she has to speak to her trainer for a "new path". He wont talk to me. I have abandoned it and started over and he still wont talk to me and I would like to see her advance because I think she is going to be better than my wizard when she finally gets up there. I have reported this to support mega times and I read somewhere here that the developers are going to read every bug report so I sure hope they read this one. It is stupid it hasn't been fixed because it impacts the game for that character completely. TY

Thank you Greywind for the answer Support could have easily given me, I found the right trainer upstairs, the one by the board was the only one I knew about. I find it beyond infuriating that Support can never just give me an answer. Especially one I asked MONTHS before.

1. don't trust the yellow dot on the ground.
2. always look around and search around. Play around, investigate.
3. You should know by now support cannot help you. They don't play the game. They don't know the game. You can keep on asking for years and you won't get any answer from the one who does not know the answer.
4. How does other figure that out? They pay attention and look around.

Gee when the yellow line leads to the trainer by the board and he won't talk to you where should one started looking around? I assumed it was a bug and actually it was because the line shouldn't have led there, Thats why I finally asked here which worked. What T F is support for if they cant help? Just to waste your time asking you to upload a picture and all the nonsensical questions they ask (like is that happening to all your characters-instead of looking and seeing everyone else finished it.) Support needs to play the game or learn how it works some other way so they can actually support

And the developers need to make sure the yellow line has something to do with the reality of the game as well. Because it leading to the wrong trainer is just bs.

Of course, that is a bug. Of course, they should fix it. And this is not the only yellow dot lead to wrong place bug. This will not be the last time you will see it. That is why you need to look around. Where should you look around? Everywhere in the area.
Support is a general support to support multiple games. They sure would love the company paying them to play games. You can think about how much time you have spent so far in this game and still have many things you don't understand. Do you think these support will get pay for the amount of time you have spent so far?
