Barbarian FEAT Escalating Rage not working properly

Hi, this is my report on the Escalating Rage FEAT. While playing my barbarian I came across a bug which extends the duration of my Rampage stacking up. So basically instead of the 5 stacks that u would normally get 4 + 1 last that doesn' show ( instead the Rampage Icon pops up as 5th stack), my character builds up a total of 6 stacks ( 5 stacks + the 6th being the rampage icon. On top of that the 5th overstack is also shown in the buff bar when entering rage even tho u cannot get stacks during that rage cooldown.

Last but not least I'd like to add that I've been experiencing inconsistant stack build up! this might be due to the connection issues that players are having or the game not recognizing crits but as a barb main this is very annoying.

I'd also like to add that that is not a thing that happens once a day, actually I have this problem in every dungeon I queue up for, when I'm questing or just having fun. this happens more frequently than I would love it to. Thx guys!
