Divine Aegis does not increase outgoing healing

As the titel says i can swap though my 6k Combat Enhanchments as i want. The outgoing healing stays the same even if i wear Celestial Divine Aegis. And yes also in combat if someone might to ask this only the promised shields work (although i think they are a bit low)

so it seems there is a bug that Divine Aegis does not increase outgoing healing like promised ?

EDIT: hmm seems to work on total heals when i heal my self after a piranha bath its just not shown in the stats. Work as intended ?

I sent in a ticket - Divine Aegis does not add to outgoing healing nor provide a shield when using powers as described in the description.

The Reply: I am sorry to learn that the Divine Aegis Enchantment does not increase outgoing healing, nor does it grant shields when skills are used.

I can confirm that other players encountered the same missing effect from the Divine Aegis Enchantment. The issue will be reported to the developers for review. If you have the time and haven't done so already, I encourage you to share your findings on the Neverwinter forum to help the developers collect data. It may take some time for the investigation to finish, but rest assured that any updates on this will be announced in a patch note that will be posted on our news page. You can find the links below. I will also try to update you through this ticket if we receive any news about this.

I am sure there are other enchantments that do not work, too. The battle-tempered does not correctly work for one of my builds, either.

Not sure if the version of the enchantment is a contributing factor, but my "Celestial Divine Aegis (R)" is also not doing anything. No +outgoing, no shields added, for both my Warlock and Cleric.

I've heard that unequipping / re-equipping Divine Aegis after any map-switch is a workaround for some people, but does nothing for me.
Apparently there is no ETA on a fix that I can find here, on reddit, or on discord...
