Hello,
"Scintillating Symbol of Water: The Stamina Regeneration passively granted by this artifact is now 3% / 6% / 9% / 12% / 15% based on rank, reduced from 6.3% / 9.4% / 16% / 25% / 37.5%."
Do you find this change correct? It is unfair to suddenly reduce it from 38% to 15%. The worst 25% should have been done.
