Dont mess up the Wizard

You have to have wizards in a game based on dungeons and dragons. You really nerfed the wizard recently and on top of that the best (in my opinion) at will power-scorching burn will make you get stuck-especially in some areas in wild space. Either un-nerf what you broke or fix that. It would be really great if you did both.

    Wizards should always be the highest DPS option.
