Missing Celestial movement enchantment

I turned in my enchantment for account reclaim and it just deleted the enchantment. I'm unable to claim it and it seems as if it's just gone. Before I file a ticket is anyone experiencing this issue?

Celestial movement is not selectable during reclaim. It's my first attempt at reclaim outside mythic.

I am able to reclaim mythic enchantments without issue, including the mythic movement speed.

You need to have a Mythic enchantment (R) in your possession in order to claim Celestial enchantment (R).
You had a Mythic enchantment (R) and you used that to upgrade to Celestial enchantment (no R). At this moment, you don't have a Mythic enchantment (R) in your possession anymore.
Then, you use the Celestial enchantment (no R) to get the account wide Celestial enchantment (ability).

You need a Mythic enchantment (R) in your possession in order to get the Celestial enchantment (R) from the claim agent.

In short, get Mythic enchantment (R) from claim agent and then get Celestial enchantment (R).

Could tgey make this game anymore complicated, at least its not as bad as when they switched enchantments a cpl of years ago.
